What to include in your message
To help us respond as usefully as possible, let us know what tools you're currently using (especially your accounting software and CRM), roughly how many people are on your team, and what you're hoping to automate. You don't need to have it all figured out — a rough description like 'we want Shopify orders to appear in Xero automatically' is plenty to get started. If you're reporting a support issue, include your workspace name and the name of the affected workflow so we can pull up the logs on our end before replying.
