Is the 14-day trial actually free?
Yes — no credit card required to start. You get full Pro-tier access for 14 days. At the end of the trial you choose a plan or your workspace pauses (nothing is deleted for 30 days, so you can pick back up).
What happens if I go over my run limit?
On the Starter plan, runs above 5,000 per month are queued rather than failed — you won't lose data, but execution may be delayed until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. We send a warning at 80% usage.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes, all prices shown are in AUD and include GST. Your invoice shows the GST component separately. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and direct debit via Australian bank account.
